Alexandra VE came to Whitewood Mannor but a few months after her weaning, as a 2013 Christmas present from Vollmond Elite. You can imagine our shock and gratitude when this not so little filly was offered to us. Alexandra is a great example of what we are looking for to really kick-start Whitewood Mannor's eventing horse breeding program. An outstanding conformation coupled with her beautiful color and near-flawless movement promise her to be a horse to contend with. Her sire and dam really outdid theirselves with her, producing a filly that seems to be almost a perfect cross between the two horses' greater strengths. One thing that seems evidently clear is raw talent, and a workaholic attitude that should really help her perform. Even as a weanling working on halter lessons, this filly excels and out performs most of the horses we've worked with. She certainly has her 'cuddly' side on downtime, but once it's clear that we have a job to do - this girl is all business. It makes for a joy to work with, and we hope she will continue this and be able to excel quickly but efficiently through her training.
